Kaja is an Asian fusion restaurant that has a long history as Kofusion in Urbana on the UIUC Campus, but has been independent from the main Kofusion in Downtown Champaign for so long that it benefits them to have a completely new brand to separate themselves, and to build for the possibility of expansion into other markets or into the food truck market.

Kaja means “let’s go!” and this new identity will signal a change forward.
